You can return anything that has been unopened and unused for up to 1 year after you first purchased it.
This even includes part packs of condoms. For example, if you buy a pack of 10 condoms and try 1. You decide that you don’t really like those condoms so you return the other 9 (unused) condoms for a full refund.
You can return your parcel within the UK completely free, please just contact us and we will advise how. You can either then be sent a replacement (for faulty items) or if you prefer, a full refund.
